Our hiring team reviews your submission to evaluate your skills, experience, and creative style. We look for a strong match with the role, but also for culture fit and creative potential.

Initial Interview
Shortlisted individuals will be interviewed via video call or in person. This is a casual conversation to get to know you, your experience, your working style — and to give you a chance to ask us questions too.

Skills Assessment / Portfolio Review
Depending on the role, we may ask for a short task or do a deep-dive into your portfolio. This helps us understand how you think, solve problems, and bring ideas to life.

Final Interview /
Team Fit Discussion
Meet with one of our department leads or future teammates. This step focuses on collaboration, communication, and how well we’d work together on real projects.

Offer & Onboarding
If it’s a great fit, we’ll send over a formal offer and begin your onboarding journey! From tools and training to team intros — we’ll make sure you feel welcome from day one.
